Die Original PS5-Controller von Sony bekommen Sie ab 50 Euro. Meistens sind die Controller in Weiß am günstigsten. Für eine ausgefallenere Farbe kann der Preis allerdings auch etwas höher liegen. Für programmierbare und personalisierbare Controller von Drittanbietern müssen Sie etwas tiefer in die Tasche greifen – hier können die Preise durchaus bei 200 Euro und mehr liegen. Was ist die Galaxy-Collection?

Die Galaxy-Collection ist eine Spezialedition, die verschiedene Farben bei der PS5-Konsole sowie den dazugehörigen Controllern bietet. Bei der PS5 gibt es farbige Abdeckungen, so dass die Konsole nicht immer weiß bleiben muss. Bei den Controllern gibt es farbige Varianten: Cosmic Red, Midnight Black, Nova Pink, Starlight Blue und Galactic Purple. Diese Controller sind etwas teurer als die originalen weißen PS DualSense-Controller.

Wie schneidet der PS5-Controller im Test ab?

Der Original-PS5-Controller von Sony wird allgemein als sehr gut bewertet. Sowohl die Ergonomie als auch die Haptik und das Design bekommen vielerorts die Bestnoten. Die neuen Features wie zum Beispiel die dynamische Vibration, das haptische Feedback und die adaptiven Schultertasten werden von vielen Tests gelobt. Lediglich die Akkulaufzeit könnte ein kleines bisschen höher sein.

Wie lange hält der Akku des Controllers?

Der Akku hält normalerweise bis zu 15 Stunden durch. Sie können die Akkulaufzeit noch etwas erhöhen, indem Sie die Vibrationsstärke etwas verringern oder die Intensität der adaptiven Schultertasten reduzieren. Sie können auch die Lautstärke und die Helligkeit der Lichtleiste verringern – all das führt dazu, dass der Akku etwas länger durchhält. Was ist der Unterschied zwischen dem normalen PS5 Controller und dem PS5 DualSense Edge Controller?

Dieser Controller ist die Weiterentwicklung des klassischen PS5 Controllers. Er verfügt über austauschbare Sticks und konfigurierbare Tasten. Damit können Sie ihn selbst konfigurieren und auf Ihre Spielweise einstellen. Vor allem für ambitionierte Spieler ist der DualSense Edge Controller durchaus eine Überlegung wert, er ist allerdings um einiges teurer als der normale PS5 Controller.

Gibt es Hinweise auf den Launch einer PS6?

Im Hintergrund wird bei Sony schon fleißig an einer neuen Konsole gearbeitet – doch die Veröffentlichung derselben wird noch einige Jahre dauern. Frühestens 2025 ist mit einer PlayStation 6 zu rechnen – vielleicht geht es sogar noch länger.

Warum blinkt mein Controller?

Wenn Sie die PS5 einschalten, blinkt der Controller kurz blau. Daran ist nichts auszusetzen – erst wenn der Controller dauerhaft blinkt, ist irgendwas im Argen. Es kann zum Beispiel sein, dass der Controller keine Verbindung mit der Konsole herstellen kann. Am besten synchronisieren Sie den Controller mit der Konsole, indem Sie ihn mit dem USB-Kabel an der PS5 anschließen. Sie können den Controller auch zurücksetzen, indem Sie den kleinen Resetknopf auf der Rückseite betätigen. Manchmal genügt es auch einfach, wenn Sie die Konsole ein- und wieder ausschalten, um den Fehler zu beheben.

Was ist der Stick Drift beim PS5 Controller?

Wenn die neutrale Position beim Controller-Stick gestört ist (zum Beispiel durch Verschmutzung oder Abnutzung), bewegt dieser sich von ganz allein und stört die Spieleerfahrung erheblich oder kann das Gaming sogar ganz unmöglich machen. Dies wird dann Stick Drift genannt. Um das Problem zu beheben, können Sie folgendes versuchen: Säubern Sie die Analogsticks und das dazugehörende Gelenk mit einem weichen Tuch. Überprüfen Sie, ob der Controller ein Software-Update benötigt. Falls ja, führen Sie dieses durch. Setzen Sie den Controller mithilfe des Resetknopfs auf der Rückseite zurück. Trennen und verbinden Sie den Controller erneut mit der Konsole. Verändern Sie die Einstellungen des Controllers. Falls dies alles nichts bringt, und der Controller immer noch den Stick Drift aufweist, setzen Sie sich am besten mit dem Support von Sony in Verbindung.
